State of Industrial Safety at JSC "Kazanorgsintez" in 2005
Activity of JSC "Kazanorgsintez" is carried out within the framework of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and republic Tatarstan.
According to requirements of the Labor code of Russian Federation, the Federal law " About industrial safety of hazardous industrial objects ", the Federal law " About preservation of the environment ", other normative legal acts, the JSC " Kazanorgsintez " comprises the Industrial Safety Department, with the primary aim of carrying out the industrial inspection over the observance of industrial safety requirements at hazardous industrial objects of JSC, ecological safety and labor safety.
The control over the conformity of the activity of JSC "Kazanorgsintez" with the legislation requirements is performed by: Administration for Environmental and Engineering Supervision of Rostekhnadzor on РТ, the Ministry of Ecology and natural resources of РТ, РТ Water Resources, Division of the Federal Agency for Water Resources, Ministry of Labor on РТ, Rospotrebnadzor, bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor etc. (~20 inspecting and supervising bodies).
