Vladimir Petrovich Lushnikov

He was born on May 29, 1914. In august 1958 he was appointed to the post of the first director of Kazan organic synthesis plant by decision of Tatar Soviet national economy.

During the period of his direction - since 1958 to 1982 - the most chemical productions and social purpose objects working in current time were built up.

In July 1963 first products were obtained - phenol and acetone; from 1964 to 1982 productions of isopropyl benzene, ethylene, modifiers, high pressure polyethylene, ethylene glycols, ethylene oxide, ethanolamines, peroxide initiators and others were put into operation. In September 1980 polyethylene pipes production plant was commissioned. Under immediate direction of Vladimir Petrovich site canteens, polyclinic, "Solnechnii" pioneer camp, "Zelenii Bor" and "Observatoriya" recreation centers, Palace of chemists' culture, "Orgsintez" swimming pool were built and opened for enterprise's workers...

In 1971 Vladimir Petrovich Lushnikov was awarded honorary title of Socialistic labour hero with presentation of "Serp and Molot" medal ("Zolotaya Zvezda") and Lenin's order.

Urii Nikolaevich Malyshev

He was born on August 30, 1930. In the middle of August 1961 Malyshev arrived in Kazan at the invitation of new-built plant management. He became chief engineer of the plant in 1968.

In March 1982 Malyshev took a post of director and left it in 1986. During this period millionth ton of phenol with state quality mark was produced. In April 1983 the first stone of future second train Ethylene-200 complex was laid, and in July the first product of low pressure polyethylene plant was obtained, in December millionth ton of ethylene oxide was produced from the moment of its putting into operation.

Urii Nikolaevich Malyshev was awarded Lenin's and October Revolution's orders. He is prize-winner of USSR Ministers Council. He has title of "Honorary chemist".

Nail Khabibovich Usupov

He was born on March 1, 1930. From July 1986 to December 2003 Mr. Usupov was the third General Director of the enterprise.

In the middle of 1987 five plants were created for the purpose of management structure perfection. So the first reorganization was realized in the enterprise. The most difficult period, in which "Orgsintez" could keep all that was created for ten years, fell to his direction's lot. And even in the very difficult times for the enterprise social sphere wasn't constricted. Basis turned out strong. Enterprise's products began fit with world standards and application of computerized production control was begun.

Nail Khabibovich Usupov was awarded many government awards such as Labour Red Banner's order and "Honour Mark", Friendship order, medal for "Valiant labour. In commemoration of V. N. Lenin's 100-year anniversary". He was awarded marks of "Chemical industry master" and "Honorary chemist of USSR", titles of "Honored chemist of Tatarstan Republic" and "Honored chemist of Russian Federation". He also was awarded mark of "The best manager of Russia".

Leonid Stepanovich Aloykhin

Mr. Aloykhin was born on October 14, 1955. Mr. Aloykhin is the General Director of JSC "Kazanorgsintez" since December 1, 2003 till nowadays.

In 2003 JSC "TAIF" conducted scope of works regarding evaluation and arrangement of JSC "Kazanorgsintez" current and strategic development. On the basis of conclusions made after evaluation and considering global petrochemical industry development tendencies, the targets for current, medium-term and long-term performance of JSC "Kazanorgsintez" were set up.

Due to this innovation development plan staged reconstruction of functioning productions was managed by JSC "Kazanorgsintez" within the shortest period of time. As a result phenol output was expressively increased up to 65.000 tons per year; reconstruction of ethylene plant is coming to the end that will give an opportunity to produce 640.000 tons of ethylene per year.

In the context of license agreement with the American company "Univation Technologies" high density polyethylene plant reconstruction had been carried out between 2005 and 2006. Product facilities capacity of this plant was increased up to 510.000 tons per year, and application of new catalysts gave the opportunity to enter into the market with new polyethylene brands, such as bimodal and linear polyethylene.

Completion of reconstruction and start-up of reverse osmosis systems by American company "General Electric" in chemical water treatment section of steam supply shop was the important event for the whole company in 2006, because of which high quality of water treatment was achieved at comparatively low cost value.

In 2007 the "Bisphenol A" plant with capacity 70.000 tons per year was put into operation, product of this plant is a raw material for unique polycarbonate production - the only one in Russia. Great number of new polymer material grades is the new generation of materials, used in machinery construction, radio electronics, agriculture and for optical carriers' production.

In the same year reconstruction in the shop of waste treatment facilities and external communications was completed, it gives an opportunity to implement the wasteless technology of Volga river water treatment. It aims to recover filters' and settlers' scourage to the "head" of shop treatment facilities. Application of these reagents makes it possible to conduct high-performance water treatment with minimum power inputs.

Approved strategy of company development, that is one of the key enterprises of Tatarstan petrochemical and gas section, qualified personnel and powerful production facility are the warranty of further successful work of JSC "Kazanorgsintez".

In 2004 Leonid Stepanovich Aloykhin was awarded by the title "Honoured chemist of Tatarstan Republic". And also he is rewarded with medal "In commemoration of Kazan millennium", he obtained the gratitude letter from the President of Tatarstan Republic.
