The swimming pool "Sintez" is situated to the address: Kazan, Moscow district, Yamashev Avenue, 7. Total ground area - 7760 sq.m. Here there is a big bath 50х21m., two mini pools ("splash pools"), halls for sports and athletic training, methodical and medical rooms, tribunes for spectators for 600 seats. The daily capacity is 1250 people. The swimming pool also serves as an instructional center for sports schools: on swimming and water polo "Sintez". The swimming pool works daily, without days off for 290-295 days a year. Health-improving groups are attended permanently by 9000 people, among them1200 workers of the joint-stock company.

At present, the swimming pool "Orgsintez" became a true modern palace of water sports. Its exterior and equipment allow to hold large-scale European competitions. In recent two years the pool has hold the All-Russia Water-Polo Championship, the All-Russia tournament on synchronous swimming "The Princess of Volga ", the All-Russia festival on swimming, the All-Russia tournament on scuba diving in flippers. And in June, this year it receives visitors of the Volga Federal District Youth Games. Water-rowing station "Sintez" is situated to the address: Kazan, Rabochaya St., Verhne-Zarechenskaya dam, at the bank of the Kazanka river. Total ground area is 7830 sq.m. The station has a motor ship "Sintez", office block, utility block, 2 floating platforms. The station samples water in the water area of the Volga (for analysis) renders paid services to the population (berthing for private boats of JSC employees and motor boats of other organizations).

This object is situated near the control post of the enterprise (1 floor concrete-brick building, length of the shooting-range is 50 m.). In the shooting-range, there the workers of the enterprise are trained for competitions on shooting from small-caliber rifles, employees of the militia department, warriors of VOHR.

There is a vegetable storehouse with the capacity of 150 tons and 2 potato storehouses with the capacity of 400 tons. Services rendered by PCC are daily used by 6000 people. The prices for meals in the canteens are the lowest in the city. In 2002 on the territory of JSC a new canteen equipped with the hi-tech equipment was opened. PCC serves all JSC's actions. It organizes exhibitions-sales of confectionary, flour, culinary products. It carries out thematic days: the Day of the Tatar cuisine etc. There is a school of culinary skills working in the PCC.

In structure MSU there are: a polyclinic for 250 visits a shift, stomatologic branch with 70 visits a shift, a day time hospital for 12 beds, 2 health centers and a sanatorium - dispensary for 90 persons. In the polyclinic there work 6 shop medical sites. The following specialists work there: 5 therapists, 2 gynecologists, a surgeon, an ophthalmologist, a neurologist, a radiologist, an otolaryngologist, a doctor of ultrasonic diagnostics, a doctor - physiatrist, a doctor - urologist, an acupucturist. The primary goal of the MSU is the preventive health care of the factory workers.

In 2000 there took place a grand opening of a new day time hospital. It was equipped with the newest medical equipment. The sanatorium-dispensary is located in a green part of the city near the park.
