Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Production Plant consists of three separate production units of 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages.
EVA production unit. It was launched in 1980. Vinyl acetate is used in the production process.
High pressure (low density) polyethylene production is performed by ethylene polymerization method in autoclave reactors at pressure up to 1500 kgf/sm2and temperature up to 280oC using ICI process (England) and with addition of peroxides as polymerization reaction initiator.
High pressure (low density) polyethylene production is performed by ethylene polymerization method in tube reactors at pressure up to 2000 kgf/sm2and temperature up to 300oC using Imhausen process (Germany) and with addition of oxygen as polymerization reaction initiator.
Natural low density polyethylene of basic grades is produced at LDPE plant. Processing units produce various compositions based on high pressure polyethylene for molded, blown, extrusion and film items production.
The LDPE plant produces polyethylene composition for production of cord items shells, cable compositions of polyethylene (natural and black colors), polyethylene composition for high-speed extrusion, polyethylene composition for large-size items production by rotary molding. LDPE Plant is a unique producer of electric conductive compositions of polyethylene for special cables and pipes productions for explosives transportation in mineral resource industry in CIS.
